A new tropical storm has developed strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is at this moment located about 300 miles south of the coast of southern/western Mexico. Experts are anticipating that Barbara will continue to strengthen over the next few days. The storm is heading in a west-northweste
